A Moment in Time
This figure was inspired by photos of my great grandfather Laban Watson, Grammie Boothman’s father (circa 1900). We have several photos of this gentleman farmer collecting fresh produce from his garden into a large woven basket or in a wooden wheel barrow. In this time the men wore a shirt, tie and dark pants along with a felt hat.
Our figure is dressed accordingly and can come with a variety of accessories – From a gathering basket to a shovel and/or hoe or maybe even a wooden wheel barrow.
